Boom in Virtualization Outsourcing
According to the survey of NOA, this year will be the year of virtualization. Its burst into the outsourcing business.
Gartner has further confirmed that this virtualization will grow upto 55%. At present Europe is the leading country in virtualized technologies. According to Gartner information, UK, Germany and France represent 89% of the total EMEA virtualisation revenue. Virtualization could actually act as a mean for new outsourcing contracts. When a company works on a virtualized platform then their IT admin can easily be outsourced. BPO provider will be more flexible to work as a virtualized system which is much easier than the proprietary client server based network. As a result we will see many suppliers offer virtualised platforms to new clients as standard. The growth of virtualisation is expected. The outsourcing firm are ready and eagerly anticipating this growth, yet with these virtual platforms it include additional task. Outsourcing is not just a simple work. The client should get satisfied on the work done so that we can develop through contracts and schedules and within these outline SLAs roles and responsibilities, transition plans and disaster recovery. Suppliers will have even more access to client’s core systems, it is therefore essential that a thorough process is undertaken and that the right supplier is found for the virtual job. |
